| I, too, like this very much - it is filled with loads of energy and surprises but, of course, it could go on a whole lot longer. | |

| Quaint Pastoral Theme by dcoscina | 26 days ago |
![]() This is quite brillliantly done and a great demo of those Vienna instruments as well. (Can't remember the last time I have actually rated with stars. Lol!) |

| Such A Beautiful Girl by thsantac | 1 month ago |
| Refreshing to find a new recording personality at the top of the charts here. Much enjoyed your performance and some of your musical production - particularly how you pan your instruments across the soundstage (e.g. the spread of your percussion). Look forward to hearing more. |

| It's All Good by SteveScott | 8 months ago |
| Like the sound of those sparse, live instruments and the 80's new wave vibe. I would double the vocal with a slightly delayed copy to help even out some of the pitchiness. Much enjoyed! |

|
| Everybody's Talking The Gentle Way by RubyDubidoux | 9 months ago |
| What a great idea and so beautifullly done. Love the music but could imagine chords and melody moving beyond the strictly G major tonality to heighten the intensity. For example, I think B7 to Emi could be worked in pretty easily. The lyric takes me back a few decades. Thanks for sharing. | |

| Little bit of a Steely Dan vibe which I can defintely appreciate and enjoy. | |
| Blue Flute Colab by Telemetry | 9 months ago |
| Perfect choice of lead instrument and some nice soloing. Even better would be Jeff chiming in with a little muted trumpet two minutes in or so. Like that slap on the the snare. | |
| Walk Me to the Water (remixed) by pete | 9 months ago |
| Particularly like the instrumental mix with some instruments dry and others effected. I would prefer the lead vocal, perhaps, to have no phase/flange so as to enhance the intelligibility of the lyric. Would love to hear a mix with instruments way out back - at least worth a try. Still, I like them guitars! (Careful with that chopped ending!) |
|
| Don't Believe a Word (Freedom) by mfwmiles | 9 months ago |
| Michael, really like this one - interesting combination of contemporary and vintage sound. This is the kind of piece that could get a TAXI placement. Particularly like your vocals - lead and back. And some very effective panning. Little bit of a Lennon vibe every now and again (always welcome in my book). My only criticism would be the ending which is a bit too cutoff. The tune reminds me a little of the Zombie's TELL HER NO from the earlly 60's. gpt |

| Because (Beatles cover) by Beatle128 | 9 months ago |
| Wow - very impressive, indeed! Only concern is the very heavy bass line which I think should be brought down a few dBs. Great vocal harmonies. | |
| Nothing Special [Howling Jam Mix] by pharmakeus | 9 months ago |
| Great sound coming out of that GarageBand. Reminds me of some of the crazy jammin' I heard at Fillmore West back in the day. All sorts of sounds here even some Moog - a kind of musical encyclopedia but it all holds together quite well! Like that slammin' snare arriving late to the party. Lol! | |

| Nice, slow-dancing lounge number with great up-front jazz guitar intimacy. | |
| PAIN AND RISE by Lagusaya2 | 11 months ago |
| Great mix of talents, particularly like those verbed backup vocals - and the courage to use music to take a political stand makes me nostalgic for the 60's. | |
| In These Shoes? by Vixen | 11 months ago |
| Fine backing track, and the vocal delivery is in perfect character. (Probably would use less verb on the lead vocal and perhaps a tad more on the instruments,) | |
| Diffidence by Xolv | 11 months ago |
| Was waiting for that guitar to finally break out at the end - worth the wait! Enjoy the flanging, too. (I can imagine, perhaps, a more realistic string section sound.) |

| Purple Haze by pharmakeus | 1 year ago |

| Telepathy by Filmscorz | 1 year ago |
| Much enjoyed. - particularly the changing bass patterns. Recently, I have been noticing that some of my favorite jazz recordings pan the bass off to the side giving a completely different ensemble effect. Just a thought. Hope to hear more of your stuff in the coming weeks. |

| THE TWO OF US (with RubyDubidoux) by KCsGROOVE | 1 year ago |
| Very sexy in a very 70's sort of way. Much enjoyed. | |
| I Know Why Inside by GaryLester | 1 year ago |
| Beautiful track, indeed! Love the vocal grit versus those soft smooth strings. Drum fills provide very effective forward momentum. I would probably bring the bass down a little, and perhaps some of the vocal is a bit buried under the strings - minor adustments that are quite do-able. | |
| Love me two times 2 by MikeRC | 2 years ago |
| Pretty neat rendition of a tune I have not heard in years - and what a great example of extending the 12 bar blues concept. | |
| Petit Poucet (Tom Thumb) by soulima | 2 years ago |
| Are these Miroslav Philharmonic instruments? Particularly like the English Horn. A little ODE TO JOY thing going on from time to time, too. Lol! | |
| Cantata for Orchestra by glendt | 2 years ago |
| Really builds nicely and impressively after what sounded to me like an unpromising opening - probably due to those dull GB strings that just fall flat. I would also add a bit of reverb to the flute. On the other hand, your brass and percussion both sound pretty good. Still uou might consider upgrading your sounds, investing in the very affordable Garritan Personal Orchestra would be my recommendation. |

| I'll Be Seeing You by Vixen | 2 years ago |
| One of my mom's favorite pieces from the war years. Particularly like the vocal, bass, and the guitar lead. The string pad would be more effective dropping in and out rather than playing continuously. | |
| SELFLESS by larryrcampbell | 2 years ago |
| Much enjoyed!!! | |
| Solfeggietto by dirigent | 2 years ago |
| An original take on this exquisite keyboard teaching classic not to be confused with any other rendition I have ever heard. Clarity of production is particularly impressive. | |
| At The Gate by soulima | 2 years ago |
| Warm and sweet. And love the sound of the instruments. I wonder about those dramatic changes of dynamics which sound a little unnatural. A solution might be to use expression rather than volume to shape dynamic contrast. |
|
| Cold Duck Time by zincshed | 2 years ago |
| Nice hearing the vocal on this one, I like the rhythm track - only wish the keys were off to the side not centered with the vocal. In fact I would double the keys and then pan the two parts to opposite sides adding a little delay and verb in the process. | |
