Hi Sistou, What is a player link? The link to this song? I didn't take anything down. Too complicated. I'm still trying to figure out how to put up my obnoxious biography at the top of this page.

Ah, thank you my friend cStu, I am fortunate to have a few hearty souls who drop by with a kind word no matter how far my trolly manages to slip from the tracks. Which in this case may have been a considerable distance. G.

Wow, I like this a lot. Kinda Folk/reggae. Wish it would have gone on for another ten minutes.

Ah Leah,
To explain art is to kill it. The heart, as Pascal says, has reasons that reason knows not. Thanks for listening.

Nice tune. What it lacks in polish it makes up for in feeling. Always a good trade in my book.

Don't be Cruel by groaninboy 2 years ago
Hi Het,
I suspect you are right. This song was just an unidentified rhythm line in my head after breakfast, identified around ten oclock, found lyrics on the net by ten twenty, thrashed it until noon and uploaded it in the early afternoon. I need to take more time finishing and coordinating these things (the lead guitar should be more bright and country, vocals too) but I seem to end up liking the sound of my mistakes too much to change them. The ungainlyness and stumbling become my favorite parts. Wierd. I wonder if anybody else has this problem?

Dallas, thanks for the encouragement. Yes, that's a number of filters on the
voice, M to F, helium breath and Amp Sim. Afraid the true voice would be pretty dull. Give it a try, it's fun. Robert Johnson, Skip James and Son House give us permission to not sound pretty. In re R. Johnson, very much enjoyed Who's
Collins, really rolls.

thanks jayman. I'm particularly proud of the gasping, wheezing and sniffling
on the harp solo. You don't get to hear that on those polished up commercial
releases. God bless Garageband.
