I haven't been on in a while...this is one of the first songs I've listened to in a quite a while. Beautiful.

I could picture this song going on while a tragic battle scene was going on during a movie.

What happened to the harmonica? I was waiting to hear more of it. I would also love to record a harmony line to this song. Let me know if you're game for that idea. I found myself singing along with this song quite early on. Kudos to you.

When and if you re-record this song or work on production...try to catch and remove the little pop between the first and second verse. That's the only thing I really noticed production-wise.

Very pretty. I like that, at the beginning, the piano is the primary focus. I think you have amazing piano skills and this song brings that to the forefront.

The string section in the middle seems out of place. It almost sounds out of tune in places, as if it's in the wrong key. But that could just be me...I've had a few as I'm listening to this!

Overall, cool tune.

I like the dissonances a lot! Very beautiful. Not as crazy about the drum set when it comes in...but at this point, I'll definitely go with the fact that you know what you're doing a lot more than I do.

E...this is awesome! I love the chord progression. As always, I'm envious of your piano chops. Now, I'm envious of the compositional skills as well. Add to that the level of production and you're really on your way man. This is amazing.

I'd love for you to send this to me...with the lyrics too. I'd love to get my hands on this song. It has a lot of promise. Your vocals aren't as bad as some people have implied....a lot could be done with a little production as well. Some reverb, volume down a bit...all set.

Also, I agree with everyone else: additional instruments would make this an amazing song!

Really good job.

I think I have to agree with Vaporman on this one....this is beautiful....and seems as though I'd be listening to this while while looking over the remnants of a horrific and terrible battle...or looking at the time just before the Apocalypse.

Beautiful. I didn't want it to end so soon.

After listening to this...I think I'm going to throw my hat into the ring of a capella music myself. This was really cool man! Good stuff!

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'm thinking I'm going to expand on this song...see where it goes. I've listened to it a couple times myself and I really like where it's gone so far. We'll see where it ends up!

Definitely not my main genre of interest...but a very cool tune. Definitely grabbed my attention. My computer crashed in the middle of the first play through...so I had to come back to find it again. Excellent stuff!

I'm surprised no one has ever commented on this song. It's a very fun tune. It gets a little choppy in some spots, but on the whole, this was a fun tune to listen to. I see you haven't been on here in 2 years....I hope you come back and do some more.

This is really cool. I'd be interested in seeing what happens if you did "redo" the whole thing. This song has a great melody and a great hook. I'd love to hear more like this.

I really like the tone on your lead part. I'm trying now to learn to play some lead guitar...I'm a complete rhythm hack. Hopefully within a short period of time I can be playing like this.

Nice stuff here.

Yep, this is definitely my own creation. Thanks for the "tip o' the hat." Once again, I will look into the drum parts...I'm just not comfortable using them yet. Thanks for listening and I'm glad you liked it.

I like the intro. Guitar sounds nice. I'd like to hear the voice a little cleaner and more present. I think the guitar solo sounds great at the beginning, gets a bit lost, and gets back on track after the hits.

Overall though, this sounds like a tight song! I like it.

I would have liked to hear your voice without any effects...but other than that, I really liked this song. Nice guitar solo too. I'm trying to get better at that, so I truly appreciate the solo.
