| Very cute. Clever lyric writing on that last stanza, keeping right in line with the original flow. But the nicest treat was hearing you sing with no fancy music wrapped around your voice. Just a soft guitar and a clean, clear, focused voice that makes you want more. Not a talent that can be claimed by many others. Hugs, B. | |

| This is absolutely yummy. Love this song and have forever. When Ms V told me last night it was almost completed and gave me a preview of that luscious backing, I was jazzed big time. A lovely feat from all of you. I have to admit I almost don't breath waiting for that boom boom heartbeat thing to kick in hard - YAY - so impressed! Mwah to all, B. | |

| Waaay Cool!! Gawd I'm loving this. Have to add, after listening to the whole song, just how much your version of this reminds me of Jimmy Hendrix' singing style. And I just loved JH. B | |

| FOOLISH HEART by SISTERS | 5 months ago |
| The second you start to sing, my eyes close and a nice little chill goes right through me. The warmth in that instrument is matched so well by the simple, sweet playing of the accompanist. Again the harmony is spot on. Love this (I think I always say that to you, don't I). B | |

| Needed a little song like this one to get me moving. As you know, we are having a bit of a cold snap (whatadamnbabyIam) and this was perfect to get my blood warmed up. Hey I was in Tucson last week - I sensed your presence, but was too frickin' sick (starting a cold) to seek you out. It was gorgeous there, I see why y'all love it. B | |

| REQUIEM FOR OTIS by SISTERS | 6 months ago |
| Ohh, where do I start. First of all - gawd I love this. Secondly it sounds like all my favorites - a little early Robert Palmer in the opening (which had me btw from the first note) and then the contrast in the demonic/angelic sounds like the great stuff I've been downloading from the True Blood albums. Yummy, yummy, yummy. B | |

| Powerful stuff. This is a triumph, both musically and subjectwise. Wish more abused and abusive folk could hear this, really hear this and heed it's message. Technically the darkness of the subject is wonderfully reflected. Awesome storytelling, Ms V. Perfectly told both of you. Congratulations on this. Big hug for the song and what it took to sing it so honestly. B | |

| It Never Was You by jbmusic | 7 months ago |
| Sammy - That just cracks me up. I've ruined another macho rep with just the mere words: "Hey, buddy, ya wanna hear a great composer?" As my friends all know, I was musically stifled by the material considered popular enough to put on disc for sale to the karaoke public. Don't get me wrong, there is some great stuff. But, you have allowed me to hope that I will have the chance to sing some of the music that has made me soar for so many years. Even if we never get to work together again, you've given me a wonderful gift and my thanks goes to you. Okay - waaaay too serious here. You are the bomb. I owe ya. Mwah to you and yours. B (P.S. What's next?) |

| Yay - folks who know Weill and those who don't but like it anyway!! Thank you all so much for taking the time to listen and throw some comments our way. Vixen is right. Marc is a wonder the way he can work his music around my interpretations - never even having heard a song before he picks it up and finishes my feelings as if he had been playing a piece for years. |
