| Nicely done. Real pro sound. Great hook. This...is a test. Its great how you know your voice and know how to treat it to make it sound it's best. Not like it needs much treating! Very much enjoyed. | |

| This is bangin. Very intimate and emotional. I loved it. I really liked your creaky and frail vocal delivery. It serves the song so well. Literally one of the best songs I've heard on icomp in a long time. Kudos on a job well done. | |

| Nice composition! I'm very impressed with this. Good woodwind sound. I normally don't really warm up to the renaissance-y feel of this recording, tbut the song and singing are very strong, so it definitely moved me to comment. Cheers! | |

| When The Sun Comes Around by SteveScott | 1 year ago |
| Really enjoyed this. If I might add something constructively, it's that there might be too much vocal in the mix. Song-wise, it's very strong. Good chorus. I've been listening to your stuff and I like it a lot. Best of luck to you. | |

| Behind the Lies by cyberian | 1 year ago |
| Liked it from the first bar. Nice groove! There's something very British about it. That's not a bad thing. It's tuneful and very easy to listen to. It would be fairly easy to put a vocal on this. Nice job! The keys are great on here. | |

| You Can Always Go Back Home by jobu | 1 year ago |
| Miked both with my cheapo Blue Snowflake Mic. Everything else is poorly executed EQing and the fact that I'm fighting a cold. Maybe that gave my voice that little extra something! haha | |

| Can I Keep You by HayleyDeakin | 3 years ago |
| I just landed on you myself. I've been on here for years and I've never seen your stuff. Can't believe it! Great song. Well constructed and sung with passion. There's a lot of longing in your voice. You could probably have a hit with this song, my darling. | |

| Standing Right There by musika | 3 years ago |
| This is a vast improvement over "Cycle", even if it isn't perfect. You obviously have some talent, but your voice is where you lack a bit. It has an unusual tone and you're frequently out of tune. | |
| iWood by woodguy32 | 3 years ago |
| I like this a lot. Perfect for a film soundtrack. Completely succeeds in creating a sort of aftermath vibe. Like someone just experienced something so intense and this is the sound of life afterword, trying to regroup. Sounds pretentious, but it's true. Nice job. | |
| STOP by Dyl | 3 years ago |
| Really enjoyed the obvious effort put into this piece. Great performances all around by everyone. The vocal is very effective...totally reminds me of Leonard Cohen. Great instrumentation. Really really loved it. |

| Turn To Stone by the_goat | 4 years ago |
| I have no problem with the quality of this recording. I actually kind of prefer it in a way to the slick, compressed BS we hear so much these days. Nice riff, nice vibe. A little repetative, but you develop it nicely by adding sounds and layers. I like that keyboard sound very much in the beginning. You're right, it's a nice meditation. You do get lost in it. I don't do stars, but this was very nice. | |
| She Brings The Sun Inside by pete | 4 years ago |
| Great, even stellar vocal performance. I agree with the Peter Gabriel comparisons. My only suggestion would be to have a tighter and more clearly-defined bass part. It sounds kind of muddied up a little. Maybe it's just my speakers. Love that acoustic...and out of nowhere in this dreamy song, a HARMONICA solo. I absolutely love ballsy stuff like that. After the fade out, the song leaves you feeling good. Nicely done. | |
| Moving Van by jobu | 4 years ago |
| By the way, I wrote and sang the verses and choruses and Shake wrote and sang the bridge and rocked the solo and harmony vox. |

| A true diamond in the rough of icomp. Your voice is beautiful and unaffected. I liked this very much. I'll be listening to the rest of your stuff! | |
| safe by marky32 | 4 years ago |
| Nice! Good to hear a diamond in the rough. This sounds very cool! Love the harmonies and the drum entrance is smooth. This could be a top 40 hit my friend. | |
| Marie by jamesrjones | 5 years ago |
| Very very nice song. I think melody is something that's so often overlooked these days. You have it down! I think the sentiment of the lyrics is beautiful. I really appreciate what you did here. Could stand for a tiny re-mix (can't really hear the drums or harmony vocal, but that's nit-picking. This is very special work. | |

| My Tribute to James Brown by rickywaterman | 5 years ago |

| Angels with Watering Eyes by TurserTunes | 5 years ago |
| This is a cool jam. That solo is very un-turserish...and I dig it. Great tone in that riff man | |
| Use Me (Cover) by TurserTunes | 5 years ago |
![]() Great Job. It sounds pretty authentic man! Maybe a HAIR too slow, but all those little touches are there...the claps, that little rap at the end. Very well thought out. |

| Dream of Me/Scream of You by TurserTunes | 5 years ago |
| I really like this tune. Great vocal. Great Lyric. You sang it very well. I like the envelope filter on the guitar there in the middle and the chorus part/interlude is very nice. | |
| Here It Comes Again by TurserTunes | 5 years ago |
![]() This rips! It's a bit overloaded on the kick and the overall level of the song is very LOUD. I'll come by sometime and make it sound a little more even. The tune is great and definitely ripe for wroking on in the band! Great tude! Normally, I'd say the vocal panning is weird, but it works here! It needs a change somewhere, but you already know that. |

| Let's Stay Together by MimiNaja | 5 years ago |
![]() A great cover! You're voice is amazing. I don't say that to just anyone. It's soulful, sexy, and under control. I really love what you did with song. It's one of the best songs ever written. The changes, as you know, are just great. Well done. |
|
| I Got Mine by MimiNaja | 5 years ago |
![]() Very good. You have a great voice. This song could do with some nice harmonies, but it's got a great vibe and to tell you the truth, it's releasable just like this. I can tell you have wonderful talent. |
|
| Sunday by thetruffulaseeds | 5 years ago |
![]() I write about sunday mornings a lot too. It's a natural time to write and get creative. I really like the tune and the hook, but there's a little bit of push and pull beween your guitar/bass and the drum loop, especially at the beginning. You could use a little remix on the tune too. Take the guitar down a bit and bring the vocal up. Overall, this is a well put together song. Much more thought out than a lot of what's on icomp. Keep 'em coming. You might like a lot of my tunes. I tend to write a lot of acoustic, hooky songs too. |

| Pickin' The Pieces by CoastalFreedom | 5 years ago |
![]() Hey Coastal, I dig this man! It's got so much more soul than your midi pieces. It sounds refreshing and live and punchy. Good funky guitar sound. I like that you played around with the usual I-IV-V blues pattern and changed it up a bit. I like the breakdown in the middle. Nice job. Throw a vocal with some attitude on this and it'll be done! |

| Jemistry by sonicdeviant | 5 years ago |
![]() A little too vai-ish for me, in that it's almost goofily effected. That's never been my cup of tea, but you play like a mother! Good work! I like the structure. Very nice mood change in the middle...you're right...VERY Vai-ish. |

| i am starting to suffercate by Lapskin | 5 years ago |

| I know I'm not supposed to know everything that I know by dakdakdak | 5 years ago |
![]() Hey man, it's me Jobu...I like this a lot. It sort of reminds me of the Flaming Lips for it's outright wrong-ness...heh. The vocal is the best part, even if you do sound like a brain-dead zombie. I'm going to listen to this dudes tunes to see what he sounds like. Keep up the good work. We gotta collaborate again. Neat Diseases is one of the most listened-to songs I have in my list. |

![]() I liked it very much. Don't put yourself down. Sure it needs a fair amount of high-grade song polish (I just bought a big jar of it)...but this is very pleasant to listen to. You're voice is well suited to this kind of music. My star rating is just honesty, but I like what I hear |

| Jaco's sky (never forget) by RANO | 5 years ago |

| Peter Gunn Theme..I had to do it.. by woodguy32 | 5 years ago |
![]() Loved it. My band just started doing this tune and I think it's so much fun. Really cool 80's vibe to this one...like when that guy Taco re-made "Puttin' on the Ritz" in a New Wave synth-y way. I just really dug the vibe and the effort. Well done. |

| Wake by Danvox | 5 years ago |
![]() Emotional vocal performace. I wouldn't exactly describe the song as mellow, it's actually pretty intense thanks to your vocal delivery in places. I like the changes and that cool little gutar refrain. This song would do well to find some drums and bass. I like it very much. So much better now that I can hear you singing! It would also sound great with some vocal harmonies maybe. But well done over all...keep em coming! |
|
| TV 10 News Theme by vaporman | 5 years ago |
