| I like this arrangement and sound much more than the original I really love ABBA but the problem with their music is that it's often deep lyrics combined with that special and characteristic 70s disco sound....and sometimes I found that hard to absorb......but still Abba is Abba and they've had a great influence on music of today and I love their work. | Thank you all for listening.....I really appreciate your comments and I totally understand bodanegra as it's very hard to absorb new versions of a terrific and perfect song. When I make covers/remixes I always try to alter it in order to fit my personality and voice. I can't make a better version than the original and that's not my intention. This is just my way of honoring a band or an artist and the process makes me evolve as a musician and producer. It's just a good practice and my way of saying thank you for the music that inspired and changed me and made who I am as a human and songwriter. Again thank you /Johan |
