Thanks! I put these clips up for my bass playing buddies to hear on the Talkbass site. It's a great time to be an electric bassist. The amplification gets smaller and smaller, but yet more full range and powerful. Lot's of wonderful stuff out there that is getting close to allowing 'in the studio' tone out on the gig! Thanks so much. I am a bass guitar fanatic, and have started posting up clips as examples of various bass and amp tones for my friends over on the Talkbass site.

Thanks for your comments. The guitarist who was the leader of this trio is truly great, and can do Hendrix, Cream, Robben Ford, etc., with the best of them, along with the very nice jazz voice that he has. One of the most impressive things to me is that he's playing a stock Fender Strat on this clip, and really makes it sound great in a more traditional jazz context.

Thanks again. I was focusing on providing an example of the wonderful Music Man SR5 bass tone, and forgot that the music was pretty good too!
