well it's a good thing I logged on today- would have missed this - I love this as well and just like Nubia I think this could possibly lend itself well to visuals. I really like that you keep taking different roads in experimenting with your music. I still have quite a bit of work on the video that uses Nubia but will upload on vimeo a version to give you an idea of where I am at (I will set the viewing to private and email u the password) yea this is very very good. |

very good (I am working backwards on your residency songs obviously lol) the song also lends itself well to different mixes/ reinterpretations. I really like when the music pulls back halfway though and then rebuilds -it reinforces the song. I think you are having great success with your residency! |

Wow I caught this by chance as I came to the icomps front page and noticed a birdmix upload-lucky me I had no idea you were doing a residency - this is fantastic and quite different from your other songs but that is what residency or retreats do hey. Yea I really like this - A lot - and I love the build and the oooh whoooos and the tic tic section at 2;19 is great really lifts everything. I do like that you have this great anticipation going on here I only wish the changes - the builds came in a little sooner (IMO) but this is really a great piece girl! |
