Hi,

Nice song ! Although as Bernie already mentions : The second part is not really what you'd expect from the description. I like the guitar work on the second part, sounded like mike oldield on a trip to me : cool. Personally I'd remix the first part a bit and get a more even built-up. Maybe even some EXTRA- finale on the finale smiley
Thanx and good luck !

Well produced. Those loops sound great and the guitar work and sax are real good. Thanx for sharing!

Cool sound and I'm not referring to the opening smiley
It sounds DENSE on my Tannoys, real punchy. I guess the rhodes
you played yourself ? Anyways. Nice funky bit !

Hi. Strange stuff and I wonder if it's fusion. But it looks like you're trying to put too many things into one song. i like the rythmic surprises but the melody harmonica or sax (hard to tell) should GO...it's a case of Think Different smiley

Man can you move on that bass ! Great. Don't like the drums though, sound a bit too canny for that nice bas sound smiley. have you tried using an AMP simulation for your bass-recording ? A tiny bit of british crunch and some compression might get you the sound you are used to from amps. Keep going!

thanx Ricardo. I could try replacing the yamaha classic with my "De Armond". But what lies below that is not really a synth. It's a sampled old RHODES piano, though I must admit that it "sustains" almost like a synth when hit hard enough smiley. i like the mellow jazzy tone of it and think it mixes well with guitar. Thanks again for your feedback.

Thanks Sverker. I edited the text a bit to clear that up and not dissappoint people. By the way : Only the main percussion and bas are loops. The rest is real guitar or virtual instrument played via keyboard. So don't expect to find the melody and chord parts in Garageband. I'd hate anybody wasting time and not finding them ! Oh and another thing . It is POSITIVELY easy listening. It's about a VERY relaxed night...:-
