Fours only because the lack of loops to really tie it all together. There are some great mixes of loops that sound fantastic together but the continuity as a whole is a little off. Very good for all loops. |

 Average marks for this. I really liked the way you edited the guitar loops at the beginning but then it became a mish mash sound sampler of the more popular loops from the basic GB set. Don't get discouraged by that. It's where a lot of us started too. Keep working on interesting edits and more related sounds and you will go far. |

Nice to hear those loops used with different sounds. It was flowing along nicely and then there were a few points that sounded out of place. Not only broke the flow but the mood too. Very difficult to run loops only and have it all sound like it all belongs. On the other hand there were some nice edits to some of the loops that caught me by surprise. If you want to hear other all loops comps, stop by any of my stuff or check out the master of the loops jdwyer05. I will listen to your others later tonight. Keep up the good work. |

Pretty good for such a fast tempo. I would like it to be longer and go somewhere. It sounds like it is just getting started into something grand and it fades out. Keep up the good work. Working with Only Loops is challenging and some time limiting but the rewards can be great for those of us that do not play instruments. |

Downloaded. The Mrs. and I will be using, er, I mean listening to this to night. Just hope she won't be Fakin' It.  Great job. I don't know if others realize what goes in to making great comps like this using only loops. Finding the right ones and some skilled editing technics and you have a great song. Many sound like loop samplers with any old loop after another. You give real substance to canned loops. You inspire me. |

Good excercise in stringing loops. I was looking for a little more structure. Some thing to show me where I was going but it was more like just drifting with no set course. Maybe that was the point. It was good enough to make me stop and write this so that's a start. Keep it up. I will check your others. |

Ambient sound should be in the background. The rain sounded like it was in front. Kind of sounded like the radio was on while running the bath water. I would also check the rain loop. It runs out of sound before the loop is done and leaves a quite spot that becomes annoying. Was the thunder part of that loop or a separate one? If separate I would have put it on another track and blended the two because it sounded like the rain stopped for the thunder to happen. One more thing that will help; change the volume on the rain so it doesn't sound the same all the way through. Slight changes will make it more natural sounding over a long period of time. Don't mean to be ragging on you but I think the idea of ambient sound should enhance the music not take over it. I just made a comp where I tried to make it sound like a live performance. Take a listen and see what I mean by blending background sounds. Vet's Auditorium "Live" Again I am not trashing your song I would just like to see it re-mixed. Keep trying. |

Very nice arrangement. I used these loop on my comp Angel Face and now I some how think they can't be used any other way. It's good to hear what others have done with the same loops. That's the great thing about loops, if done well, and this is, you can get several great comps using the same loops. |

Great vocals!!!! But as pete said the cymbals are a distraction. I would love to hear this with no cymbals at all. I'm sure it would change the mood of the entire piece. It got to a point at the end of the song that all I wanted was for the cymbals to end. Don't get me wrong I loved everything else. Post more!!! |

I am flattered that you asked but to broadcast my comp without me being a member there doesn't feel right to me. Thank you but no. Did you notice that this is all loops? I didn't compose anything, I just arranged the loops. It doesn't sound like it would fit the rules at your site. |

| It's fun to play with all the different loops isn't it? Unfortunately it doesn't make for a cohesive comp. Looks like you are new here so understand that what I say here is just my opinion on how to make comps better. Your selections of loops is all over the place. Try to stay with a theme or feeling. It was very loud. Play with the volume controls on each track to see how it changes the mood or feeling of the comp. First mistake with GB is finding all the cool loops and using them all together. It doesn't work very often. |

I can't believe that I haven't found your stuff before. This is great as is all your comps. I gave a 4 on production because on my set up the lead guitar was a little to loud and crunchy. Maybe a higher setting on the compressor or a little lower volume and I would have given it all 5s. |

This is the best mix of the horn loops that I have heard yet. Great funky tune that goes into my iPod. Only comment that I would make is that I don't feel the record needle sound goes with this and the crickets were a little too loud. |
