Recently, Christof Unterberger has been working with styles of music outside the realm of classical music. Appearances with the Kenny Werner Trio, Arkardy Shilkloper and Marque have led him into the world of jazz and pop, where he works composing music for the Ensemble Reconsil and for film scores.
He received the „Moondance Columbine Award 2006“ at the Moondance International Film Festival in Hollywood and was awarded "best film score" at the Dervio Film Festival in Italy.
Christof Unterberger lives with his wife and his two sons in Vienna, Austria.
