Wonderful ambience, really dig the strong but laid back guitar.

Thanks.

There are five individual guitar tracks in the middle interlude, not including the accoustic backing.

Thank you for the kind comments. The clue is of course, in the title - I was trying to emulate something like 'Dream Theater's style for this one.

Hmm...yeah sorry, just noticed that - the odd loop left 3 minutes after the end of the track and 3 minutes of golden silence prevailed. I've edited and corrected, I won't upload but can make it available if anyone really wants it.

That was beautiful, really. Fantastic doesn't really even start.

Thanks. It's a Vintage Les Paul copy, fairly cheap, but I think it has a real nice tone. The recording is direct into GarageBand, no pre-processor or effects, just a direct line-in from the guitar to the Mac.

Might not be original, still enjoyable though.

Can't say much more than above. The vocals are exceptional in my opinion.

Weird. But I like it smiley

Yeah I hear what you're saying. All I can is big guitar solo's aint me. 1) It ain't where my strengths are and 2) I ain't their biggest fan. I write everything as a song, not an instrumental, and in my mind there are lyrics here. Unfortunately, vocals ain't my strength either smiley

But your right, this is a little on the long side...

I really enjoyed this. I could almost visualise Sickboy singing it as well, purely co-incidence I'm sure smiley
My Last Time by morkjt 1 year ago
Ah sorry, typo in my submission. No, the only loops are the drum track, everything else is me.
