a little fattening on the lix would be cool. i think 1 change in the middle would help. i like the overall elemnts you used. you casn tweak the horns to sound less canned, but pretty cool for a first. better than mine was. |

veery nice. i have a soft spot for 'frank', he's so permeated our colllective consciousness and is soo misunderstood. i'm also a fan of early 80's experimental/industrial(before it was a commercially viable-commodified-standardized genre) . i really loved the electricity. you used pads and sweeps to good dramatic effect. |

| yeah, i chop up apple loops and other stuff i find. i use .wav files by turning them into aiff with soundtrack loop utility ( free download). i also get into the 'rack mount' effects to customise my instruments. eq's and filters go a long way.i don't always make my own drum loops. i find it is less work to find something close to what i'm thinking and then do some rearranging in the track editor. i'm actually starting a digital media program at school and hope to get more into soundtrack stuff. | |
