| If you don't mind I might play around with some vocals for this one during the X-mas holiday. | |

| Cool riffs and a good basis for a great song. I feel that it's lacking vocals to drive the song all the way home, but a great start. When it comes to production I think you should have been a little easier on the reverb. The metal guitars sound very distant. I would like to see them a bit more "in your face". Build that great wall of guitars that blows any metal head away ![]() |

| Rojer3, I used a Samson S11 dynamic mic. I think maybe it's discontinued now. Bought it about 7-8 years ago. I think it's a great mic, used it a lot for performances and band-practices, only the last year that I started using it for recording. | |

| a great song indeed, the only problem is that the drums sounds very beat-box-ish. you've got a good song going here so I suggest working on the drum sound a bit. | |

| This reminds me of the old Hard Core bands such as Downset and the likes. Way to go guys. This Rocks so keep up the good work. Only downside is the guitar that is a bit low in the mix. |

| This reminds me of Nirvana actually. Some notes on the production though. The guitra sounds a bit distant. I feel that it should be a bit more "in your face" to help build the overall punch in the song. Other than that, great job. |

| Thanks man. I must admit though, that most of the credit for this track needs to go to ermites. All I did was take his instrumental track and sing on it. Wouldn't have turned into anything hadn't it been for his great work on the foundations of the song. |

| I must agree, if this is your first go at making music you've done a great job. The vocals should be turned a bit up but other than this is fine. Are all the stuff except the voice made from GB samples? |

| Killer sound on your drums. The only thing I didn't like was how the guitar kind of drowns a bit. You've got some cool riffs going here. Would be cool to hear some vocals on this one as well. Rock on. |

| Good job. You've got a great production right here. Some of the guitar-sounds sound a bit distant but other than that I like it. | |
| Mental for Metal by Lucazade22 | 2 years ago |
| Metal a capella, that's a quite rare genre. You should try to find someone to collaborate with to get some music to sing to. By the way, do you use a metronome when you record your vocals. |

| I really like the melody on this one. A bit hard to grasp the lyrics sometimes though, so I'd love to hear a more streamlined production of it. I'd say it would be well worth the time since you have a really good foundation here. m. |

| Hi Cool riffs. Really metal souding. But all the instruments would stand out a bit more and sound clearer if you had some more treble in your recording. The lower frequencies add that extra punch to the sound making it sound heavy, but lack of treble makes it sound a little to foggy. Keep up the good work. |

| You've got a cool, killer groove going here. Your sound quality could be better though. I feel as though you are missing much of the high frequencies, causing the song to suffer a bit since all the teacks blur into each other. But as I said, a killer groove. Keep up the good work. |

| Cool guitar riffs. I like the overall progression of the song. But the drums, as mentioned above, are a bit flat. I think this would sound good with some vocals on top. Rock on. |
