I am mainly a father & husband and work for a telecommunications company. I've been playing bass for about 30 years. I get hired to play for a multitude of things. Mainly I play in a local swing band ranging from "big band" to top 40. I also play pretty regular at my church and get hired alot for other local churches, so I'm pretty blessed with plenty of gigs. I've toured with some artists you may or may not have heard of. I read music which helps me get most of the gigs I get (I know about all the bass player jokes----you know---how do yo get a bass player to turn down? put music in front of him!)
