| Hey Alex. The beat sounds great - though I don't really feel able to add much more without a flow over it. You know what I'm saying? I've been looking forward to your next track and it's been well worth the wait. Always a pleasure to listen to your music. You also do something that I seem incapable of doing and that's being patient to upload so that each piece is of great quality. You've always been able to capture a certain atmosphere with a very tasteful use of reverb, well played and balanced bass-lines and all around hugely listenable hooks; and yes, it's short, but it keeps it on repeat that way! |

 First thing that comes to my mind - I enjoyed your vibrato - a bit random, but it's what struck me first. My only note, aside from a production note, is that perhaps a little more variation in the opening minute or so - even a note difference here or there. The production note would only be that I'd love to hear this fully produced (imagine the album version of "Those Who Wait" by Tommy Emmanuel) - surrounding my head sort of thing ... | I can see where you're going with this one - the theme is coming through though I found it a little lost at times - perhaps work on playing with the instrument levels a little more? Another observation is that I found your chord changes (especially with the choral line) a little staccato - a little too forced - perhaps slurring them into each other? I'm not sure if you know what I mean! I'm not so good with words sometimes ... So - all in all the idea is there and being expressed, which is the important part, now there is the job of rounding off the edges - though bear in mind this is all my personal observation - I'm not you |

Hey Liquid - loved it! The Arnie reference was a great, early smile maker for this track I think I've listened to this three times in repetition and still loving in. Your flow has just been improving and improving over the past couple of years ...I think the 4 stars on 'Creativity' would apply more to the beat than anything else. Awesome piece - and I know what you can do, which is why I am catching you on the performance there - it's a minor thing, but as soon as it caught my ear it kinda stuck - the timing on your lead electric guitar on the whole intro/verse sometimes rushes at the end of the riff - the D/E G/A hammer ons at the end of the riff rush ever so slightly ... I really hope this helps - aside from that, it's an awesome little number with a great feel and tone to it! |

The differing guitar arrangements are really great, I'd just watch the split of the guitars between left and right channels - perhaps bring them closer to the centre - it might help with the overall sound because the acoustic on the left sounds more distant than that on the right ... know what I'm saying? Lovely sax! You show a great deal of sensitivity with your chosen instrument - and the tune itself maintains a good feeling of interest - certainly well arranged I would only look out for a certain feeling of sparceness with the drum kit - hit the drums up with some reverb and you'll be set! |
