Biography
Just out of high school, John realized that writing songs and playing the guitar was a great way to meet chicks. Besides, Woody Guthrie was pretty impressive in an unwashed kind of way. But even after a whole bunch of years in the cesspool of broadcasting, the passion for writing songs and playing the guitar, like a persistant rash, never completely goes away.
