I'm a geologist by training, a music creator by accident and a goofball by design (just ask my wife).I'm a big fan of hour long DJ sets by Sasha, John Digweed, Deep Dish, etc... and if I could upload something that big to iCompositions I would share some of my attempts. (my stuff isn't even in the same solar system as their stuff... but hey! Gotta try!)I tend to create music that has a fairly upbeat sound and usually has themes that jump around alot. Not necessarily disjointed, but usually an 'A' - bridge - 'B' - bridge - 'C' - bridge etc... kind of structure. I sometimes will recycle drum patterns to bring a song back to the start, but it is something I need to work on.So far almost all of my stuff has been basic loops with no effects. Next up for me is getting a keyboard and slapping away at that!
