Dissonance by Goose87 9 days ago
Can't believe no-one has commented, I love the shimmering pad behind the piano. Also going from major to dissonant scales sets up a very edgy vibe. This song is superb!
Tijuana Sunrise by Goose87 9 days ago
Love the bright brassy feel to this composition! When the key changes the song takes on a much darker feel. Almost sounds non western tuning/scale. Also the tone of the brass changes from trumpet to almost harmonica. There are some really subtle changes in pitch and tone going on here. More to this piece than meets the eye!

Really cool track. Is the singing Icelandic? Where'd you get the vocal signing samples? I love tracks with spoken word.

The structure of the track is great too, when the drums kick in that's a real moment!

I love the way the piano nestles in a sea of sometimes major sometimes minor strings swimming in currents of happy, sad sometimes both at the same time. Joined by other denizens of the current in playful companionship. I really loved this song. Thanks for the upload.

How do you do it! Your songs are just so HUGE sounding ! I love the glittery sparkles falling from the night sky onto the sonorous landscape you've devised full of undulations. Then from the right the clockwork machines pour over the land stopping and looking round them as if trying to find something. I'm glad they don't find it! Who knows what might have happened. smiley Fabulous song. Loved it....

Ulixes (Latin name for Ulysses or Odysseus) by A1K3M1 3 months ago
This is interesting.I might be imagining things but there is a fractal feel to the structure. The voice samples come in almost exactly 50% through the track so the feel changes half way through, then I'd swear there is a percussion style change at each quarter mark. Anyway got me thinking about song structure and fractals so that's cool.... Stockhausen eat your heart out.... I really think this track....

Fantastically imaginative track. I'd love to see this as a piece of performance art or a video installation! What a great twist on the original Aussie "Flash and the Pan" lyrics even better than the Grace Jones cover ! I love it ! The little sections where the Vangelis style lead comes in are spine tingling. Great, great track.... Really enjoyed....

Actually rather than Kraftwerk it has a more Yello Magic Orchestra feel to it to me ! smiley I love how you have taken a 36.5 degree approach to the original. Production is crystal clear, the top end dist just adds a live feel to it. Love the arpeggios too. Massively creative.

This is a really contrasting sound. Mix of industrial robotic hammering rhythm that sounds so defined, punchy and clear contrasted with the open spacious natural chaotic uncontrolled sounds of animals, people life! This is a real painting of black and white the boundry between the two creates the song for me... Great piece.

I love it when the white noise kicks in and the stereo space really opens up behind your head. This is facinating in terms of a process that takes acoustic waves generated mechanically by taut piece of wire then digitises it and processes it and manipulates it way beyond its original scope. Very thought provoking.

I love this track. Some of the sounds come out like an express train horn hurtling down the track. But then going through an everglade swamp, Love use of delay it takes interesting slices of sound and rythemizes them. This is such a blend of digital and acoustic! Its totally fabulous. Superb....

This so complements the book I'm reading! Your composition is an arboreal sound scape in widescreen and high definition! I can almost hear a murder of crows in the beginning section. I get hints of green forests and majestic mountains flowing rivers and blue sky's and white clouds as the camera pans across your beautiful land. Thanks that really took me away. 10/10 superb!

Very original, I really like this piece. I like the way you've weaved other sounds around the generated sequence. Reminds me of David Vorhous from the BBC Radiophonic workshop and pieces he did in the 70's one of my favourite periods for electronic music. Enjoyed this piece a lot well done.
