Very good for a first attempt. Much better than mine. Makes a nice soundtrack for a 'Tabog video'. I think you should try to make one and upload it as a music video. The changes between the loops is sometimes abrupt to me, but I guess that's your preference. You probably want to get a grip on that new Jam Pack: World Music. I hope it has Bali gamelan in it. | jkane & dstadther, Thank you for the compliments. jkane, The drums are sofware instruments. I played them through my MIDI keyboard. I don't have any drum loops on 7/8 yet. I only use the free loops available at iComp and .Mac. So far out of the freebies, none is 7/8. The patterns are: for the verse: 3 + 4 beats, for the chorus: 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 beats. |

| larrylud1 and Didier, Thank you. It's just happened that when I was working on the song, I had a chocolate cake, and I thought the feel matched with the taste. That's why. larrylud1, I used Ovation Elite, Presonus Acousti-Q tube preamp (I have changed the tube with Mesa/Boogie Russian 12AX7), tc electronic G-Major, and Aphex Aural Exciter 204. No effect on the GarageBand track. Thanks you all! |
