Biography
My first CD, Mountains Take Wing, was released March 11, 2012 and is available for download or physical purchase at the usual online music vendors. YESS!
Music, more than anything, helps me make sense of a world filled with unbelievable paradoxes. There is very little that I really understand but somehow music brings me joy and helps me make sense of things. I don't use pre-recorded loops or an arpeggiator. Just me (and my talented collaborators!).
***Collaborations of any sort are extremely welcome!*** I'm most creative when I work with others.
I'd love to put my music to video and am seeking collaborations. I have no talent for singing and am just starting to write lyrics.
I've lived in many parts of the country but most recently in West Virginia (By God!)and now Michigan.
Hobbies include music (of course), anything outdoors, travel (especially to South and Central America), photography, weather and astronomy. But all I really want is just a little enlightenment.

The MIM mini symposium was a all-day event featuring some of the best composers, directors, music supervisors, lawyers (um, necessary) and music library reps. It was like drinking from a fire hose.
