| I think I've listened to this tune like 20 times now, just to drink in all of it's intricacies. Jon, you really know how to work that guitar to make some heart-melting sounds, and Catrine your vocals play perfectly off of them. Always clever lyrics as well. The bass drives this song in all the right directions, and the slightly unpredictable pauses and transitions into the chorus keep my brain interested (which is hard to do sometimes cuz I'm ADHD). The syncopated rhythms and sounds coming from that guitar must cut right into my body's vibrational frequencies because I feel all yummy inside when I hear it. It's like a rich chocolate brownie with fudge frosting to my soul. You guys truly have a really good thing going here. What a great set of talents you have together. I hope that recording contract stops eluding you. I want to hear this on the radio someday! | |
