Does anyone know of any free programs that edit pictures?
I am running PC Windows 7 64 Bit. I have tons of free memory, which isn't a problem.
Thanks in advance!!! |

@ DigitalRedux:
Tons abound beyond free trial versions such as many of these for Microsoft:
http://www.google.com/search?q=Free+Microsoft+pic+editing+programs&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
And of course, MS Paint which is one of the best free ones bundled right under your nose:

Don't overlook using your Print Screen Sys request key for instant screenshots to copy paste into MS Paint to edit and save as JPEG's:

photobucket is also an excellent free site to not only store your pics, but HTML code them onto websites, blogs, forums and other places like Facebook and iComps:
