Hey guys,

Anyone else having issues uploading videos to iComp?

Got either and MP4 or .mov file, under 30mb and within the frame size limits. Whenever I try to upload a video to the site, all .mov files and .mp4s are greyed out an un-selectable when the Music Video option is selected and the Browse button pressed...

Can upload audio just fine...

On an iMac running Lion, using Safari with all updates current. Never had an issue uploading video here before...

Cheers,

Ian

A similar issue showed up a week or so ago concerning m4a (AAC) files for song uploads. I believe pm needed to correct something in the site code to solve the problem.

I checked to see if I could upload a video and saw the same greyed out instances that 8mm has reported.

I'm having a similar problem with uploading a video: under 30MB and under 500 frame size, sound but no picture l when it uploads! I've tried several times in various formats (mov. and m4v.) and compression levels, with the same result.
would appreciate some guidance or advice,

mre

I dowloaded the .m4v and converted it to .mov
