For our first contest in iC3, we're asking users to submit songs that portray the overall feeling or attitude of a specific city. Whether you choose New York, San Francisco, Bombay, or any other city, the song should be in the style of the soundtrack to a documentary about that city. Be sure to tell us what city it is in your song description! The contest is open until Friday, October 28th and users will vote on their favorite audial imagery shortly thereafter.

What do we have to do?
I loaded a track on City Scene Contest. Can I join a contest editing this song later, or should I erase it and wait for City Scene? |

We've revised the contest outline above, that explains the new contest.
As for entering an already-uploaded song, just use the Edit Song option and select City Scenes from the Contest drop down. That said, they're two different contests. Your old song might not really be a valid entry for the new one. |

I've emailed the AMG folks and they said that they will send the prizes anywhere. So unofficially, you can enter the contest but will only receive the AMG prizes if you win. |

Is there anywhere we can go through and listen to all the entries so far? On iC2 I would've gone to the contest genre but as it doesn't work like that any more I'm not sure how to do it... or are the entries being kept hidden until the voting opens? |

Scroll down to the bottom of the Music index, there's a new Contests box. In it is a City Scenes category. We did this so that people didn't have to choose the contest in place of an actual genre and so we could easily remove songs without re-categorizing them once the contest is over. |
