i would nominate Uplink as trainee moderator, I think Fatchance has the age to know how to do it, Argales would make a good addition, as would Missredd, I believe Bampot could bring a very cheerful and positive light to it and the exceptionally talented Dirigent would get my vote as i think his commitment to music and teaching would be useful. |

I'm a Curmudgeon. I'm more part of the problem than the answer.
Luckily this is a site ran by intelligent people, these people know what's what and who's who...
I don't think any but them have the capability or the capacity to make any changes.
My only desire for a replacement for Illuminator is Illuminator himself. We all know that no one could EVER EVER replace him.
I believe the man's heart to be pure and selfless... I've seen for myself the amount of time and effort his wonderful soul has put into this site...
I'm not big enough to pack his guitar,let alone replace him.
I will not seek my party's nomination, if elected I will not serve...
There are far more qualified than me...
I take this opportunity to say I'd rather cut off my arm than cause him enough pain and anguish to leave iComp.
I can only ask his forgiveness...

A mod without a 'puter is at a major disadvantage until iCompositions become the next big 'Reality TV' hit.

Good point Fatchance, but the reason Zallaz started this was because not only illman™ gone, but all the moderators who have seemingly vanished. and then all this arguing. And so this post was set up to see about getting more moderators to cover positions. Especially with illman™ gone. |

Seems the moderators should have the power to lock a thread, so knuckleheads like me don't come in and add another comment. This is common with most forums.
