I once i felt retaliation, but i speak what i think, even if 2389 people says it's a cool tune i can have my own opinion, as a non english spoken person the weight of my words can be pour expressed and can be misunderstood, but i'm still in the kitchen  |

Lots of common sense in this discussion.
My bottom line is: attacking someone for any reason is just plain ole insane.
Let's have a return to courtesy, respect and behaving as if the world doesn't revolve around ourselves.
Ignore inappropriate behavior.

Garni has posted similar comments in the past on my music, and many times he has been right. I have taken the criticism, and used it to make me better, and I think it has. I have also experienced lots of 4s clearly after I gave artists a 4 (Not Garni). I just laugh. Let's not be that petty to where we feel the need to retaliate.
Othertimes though people really like someone and give it 3 or 4 stars, and that is just how they rate. Its still above average to them and they just rate harsher than others. If its one opinion and I believe in what I did, its not always enough to sway my view. But when I get multiple comments of the same I tend to listen more. |

If you can't take Criticism, you'll never be a decent artist, period. Going on an endless neurotic rant about it doesn't help at all. If your song isn't good, there's a reason, and that reason could make a big difference in improving your skills, so relish that moment.
If you respond to people like Garni in such a negative way, remind me not to listen to you're music, or GOD FORBID, rate anything less than 5 stars. Accusing someone on here of hating you is in the league of conspiracy theories. Mature adults usually appreciate constructive criticism, so please.. act like a mature adult Dee! |
