Always enjoyed this song. Featured on VH1's One Hit Wonder top 100, and I thought, "I have to cover this!" No sense in simply recreating the same track, so I took it in another direction and decided to create a dance version. My suggestion is crank the volume and hop around on the sofa, or throw on the headphones if the neighbors complain.

Comments are always welcome, and thanks for listening.

Citizencal2 you can do no wrong. I love this song and used to play it live with a Reggae band in the 80's when crossovers into Disco were a bit frowned upon. Your version has brought it right up to date.

I am a bit surprised that this song got classified as a one hit wonder as Eddie Grant is a well established artist with many hits to his name.

zinched, you are right. Eddie Grant did have a career with many hits. I believe VH1 put him in the one-hit category based on U.S. charts/sales. They put Devo in the same category, and Thomas Dolby, among a few others. I don't get it. Anyway, thanks for your comments - and everyone else's too!
