fantastically performed, one of your greatest vocal performances (I hate when people say that, personally, about my stuff, cause I'm like: why??? but it's true and I'll tell you why I think so?) the singing seems less controlled somehow, more passionate, more loose and emotional... I find I'm totally moved by it! Awesome!!!! This is the stuff of concert stadiums! I wish I could sing like this!

Great collaboration here. The lyrics here are incredible, as well as the sax in this song on top of everything. This will become very memorable in the near-future [for those whom haven't heard it yet], that's for sure.

Very nice how you took a spare track and turned it into a cool song. I agree with the above U2 comparison. Cool tune, the sax is very cool, has a van morrison (later work) like style to it. Lyrics are effecting and strong. Good Work fellas!

Emotive vocals, fantastic music. Great collab guys! I am hearing a little bono and edge influence in there also. I think it's the sound of the guitar and the cut to the bone, depths of your soul vocals. WICKEDLY well done!!!

@revoltington -- wow! Well-picked. I was actually trying to get the feel of that guy who played on Van Morrison's album "Common One" smiley

I can't deny the inspiration of U2, or as Dyl noticed it on the original post, Lanois's one.
Chris took this piece of guitar to another place, and did it with great inspiration. Thanks Chris for that and thanks to you all for your comments.

@telecaster29 -- yes, I am presently tending to use my Telecaster through the Sonuus G2M into a Roland SD-50 for monophonic voices like saxophone. The sax player I was trying to channel is Pee Wee Ellis smiley

Excellent song. Great lyrics and vocals. I generally don't like sax music but it's power here, especially at the end where it leaves an empty feeling, like the lyrics. Very good collaboration.
