A Spanish inspired piece. One of the greatest moments we had in Spain was being guests at a wedding in the beautiful mountain village Arcos de la Frontera.

One day someone may write beautiful lyrics for it in Spanish. It sure has the kind of melody that could work with a Spanish singer.

The photo is taken from our hotel - in 2003

I love Spanish music, and this one appealed right away. Nice chords, with some unusual ones thrown in - the one that goes up suddenly in what sounds like a diminished/augmented one? Great instrument choice - some conventional, some not - and I loved the whistle-sounding one at the end, so clear.

Oh, yes-yes-yes! Me gusta mucho la musica de España tambien! This is beautiful. The sound came through richly and sonorously over my speakers -- great mix, with marvelous balance. I felt as though I could hear every voice in its proper place. Thoroughly enjoyed, thanks!

I love Spanish music (I used to flamenco dance as a hobby) and Spain! This is gentle but rhythmic with that stateliness that Spanish music can have.

@ihussain Yes, the chords are a little special. The piece has two different chord progressions. Some sections are
Em Am Em Am Em C7 Dbm7 F#11sus4 Em C Em
and the others are
Gsus4 C F#11sus4 Bm7 Em C Em Bm7 D7 C7 F#11sus4 Em C Em

The piano alternates all the time between two inversions of each chord.

The whistler is called Whistler and is a standard EXS24 Logic sound.

Thanks for the lovely feedback. I am so happy when such fine musicians give me feedback like this.

@thsantac Thanks also for your kind words. With respect to the high hit rate. It was be some bot that came by and did it. I noticed a jump from one hour to the next of 1050 hits. So if you subtract 1050 from the number you probably get the right number. But it sure looks good. But the platinum note is not correctly earned so I will not be too proud of that. I am however proud of this piece of music. smiley

I find this music fascinating and exhilarating! Details flow from both the piano andg guitar opening a path for sounds emerging so elegantly.
