March Of The Crabs. The famous event on Christmas Island where millions of red crabs migrate to the ocean and roads are closed.

A rock and roll piece.

Lovely to be back making music. I have had family visiting the past 3 weeks so it has been impossible to find time to make and listen to music.

I love the title & the pic. Very imaginative too putting it into a song. This is an excellent composition and I can really link it to the marching crabs. Good choice of voices too with a great bass line.

Cheers / Mike

Sound good in my ears. Good driving bass and drums. Good arranged .composition with variations and countermelodies . Some one should make a mew documentary about the yearly migration and use this music.

Like that distorted keyboard sound. Very cool. Sort a change of sound. Very aggressive sounding with cool melodies to go along. Like the driving beat.

My first listen in almost a month and a half away, and what a glorious piece. Love that sci fi-sounding crunching sound, menace behind the melody. You always put together such good arrangements, with a fine choice of instruments. I really like that driving bass line - melodic in itself, with your trademark quirky chord changes that always take me by surprise. At the end it's like the crabs are talking to each other, different instruments sounding like small and big crabs. And a poop-poop sound of a car coming towards them, beeping, in vain.

Very cool Ken! Perhaps the crabs are protesting against something like global warming. However, I am perplexed. I thought crabs always lived in the ocean and in the sea food case at the grocery store smiley So, my question is ...What the hell were they doing in the forest in the first place? smiley Anyway, Good tune Ken. In particular, I liked the back beat between 1:12 & 1:47. Also noting the presence of what sounded like a xylophone. Always nice to take a break and come back refreshed and inspired. Keep at it! You always have something interesting to share and it is much appreciated.
