This is a thorough remix, remaster, and partial re-do of a philosophical piece recorded back in 2007.

If memory serves, I wanted to try something with a bit of a Cohen-esque flavor. (Think of his 1971 album, “SONGS OF LOVE AND HATE”...)

Anyway, the original featured acoustic guitar, lead vocal, synth, and some “choir” background vocals. To the above I've added snare drum, cymbals, and electric guitar.

To be sure, not everyone's cup of tea; but what is?

I kinda has an old school flavor because of its seriousness, i think... like a movie soundtrack piece... great lyrics, lots of thought.
