A little synthwork. I felt like posting something today. This was up a few months ago (repost).

I saw P.Gabriel...and the whole band walked into this suitcase on stage (hole in the stage) and disapppeared one by one, then a roady came on stage and carried the suitcase off. Great visual gag. Hence the title.

I gotta go with Ed on this one, Genesis indeed. I alway thought that Generis and early Petter Gabriel were both underrated...than Gabriel made some commercial hits and it all fell apart for me. weird. By the way, good tune.

This really reminds me a lot of some of the stuff RabbitMan was doing in the late 80's. I need to dig up more of his old stuff.

Do you still have the sequence for this? It would be interesting to hear with some updated drum tracks or maybe even a real drummer. I can't really tell what you've got going on for bass here cause I'm listening at work on cheap computer speakers.

Sure you didn't have Tony Banks, Steve Hackett, Mike Rutherford and Phil Collins play on this?

Sounds like something from the 1st Genesis album, Foxtrot or Nursery Cryme...

I have nothing but respect for the construction of this sturdy case. Let no ape tear it asunder. Now: remove the jokes and give yourself a break on days when you wonder where creativity goes out the window. We ALL need our left brains to define the parameters of our compositions. And to Mr. Baboon's right brain: don't be offended. You can jam some other time. This song has an intellect to it and yet is full of energy that doesn't feel like it came out of a can. Kudos, 'boon.

Interesting - It reminds me a bit of what Todd Rundgren did around the "Tortured Artist Affect" era.
