Here is my new "hit single," "I'm in Love With You." This one is a catchy, summer pop/rock number about the excitement and optimism of being in love. Good riffs in this one. Seriously, unless you nail your shoes to the floor, you'll find it hard not to start tapping your foot. Same for head bobbing and hip shaking. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It's a little lo-fi and garage-like, a little British Invasion, a little Brit Pop, and a whole lot of boogie.

I hope everyone likes it. If you do, please share it with someone you love. Who knows, it could take off as a song to dedicate to the objects of our affection (instead of the obligatory "I Just Called to Say I Love You" by Stevie Wonder).

The song, guitar, bass, vocals, drum programming/drum loop rearrangement, production, and mixing are all by me.

ENJOY!

I like it alOT mah man. I like that rugged sound the guitar has. It sounds like the 80's.

Very catchy tune. Nicely written, played and sung. Could hear this on the radio.

Effing brillaint. The band is very lo-fi... a little more intentional distortomania than I'd like--except for those crystal-clear vocals of yours. The effect is like something straight off Todd Rundgren's A Wizard, a True Star, which crammed a full hour of music onto a single vinyl disk, and it sounded almost this distorted way back in 1970-something. (All his '70s Bearsville-label production gigs had that feel, even Foghat). Pop is underrated. (Well, today's pop should be.) Needless to say I'm in love with it, so thanks for the DL.

Sorry for carbon-dating myself.

Great fun tune. Love it. Not too happy about the sound quality though. It is such a great tune that I would love to have a fuller sound on this one. But it's my preference. I still think it's a damn fine song!

Thanks. Yes, I would MUCH prefer fuller sound on it, but I didn't have that option when I recorded it...so it is what it is. But I liked the feel of it anyway, so I kept it. Maybe one day I'll re-record it with better sound.
