I composed in Finale about three years ago, then rendered to midi, then remixed in ACID Music Studio, then rendered to mp3, then remixed again in ACID, then rerendered again to mp3, and here it is.

Ah -- working in notation programs can be both liberating and tedious at the same time, no? In one program and out the other, LOL! Great composition, though. Moves along and builds very nicely to its exciting climax.

Wonderful composition. A superb build that expresses tribal overtones for me. I love the Tarantella...legend has it that a woman was bit a poisonous spider (a tarantula--hence the name of this dance) and she fell into a trance that could only be cured by frantic dancing. This piece conveys that frenzied tone in dazzling and original orchestrations.

I've been thinking about the tarantella form, and look who's already there! Lovely piece.
