Happy Holidays from the iCompositions Team
It's that time of year again... the time when holiday-themed music fills iCompositions, when our header takes part in the festivities, when everyone is feeling a touch of the holiday spirit.
Unlike previous years, however, iCompositions is also celebrating two milestones as we prepare for the holidays: 50,000 comments on music and 15,000 forum posts. If that's not enough,
in just a few days, we'll pass the 3 million song plays mark.
It's only fitting that we reach these milestones at the time of year when we reflect on the previous 365 days of our lives. It's been an exciting year for iCompositions, with the release of free loop packages and tutorials, contests, and of course, iC3, and I would like to take this time to thank each and every one of you for making iCompositions the great community it's become. However, thanking 27,000 people individually is a bit impractical so I'll just leave you with this: Happy Holidays from your friends at iCompositions! Favorite Artists
After being excluded from the initial release of iC3, your Favorite Artists list is back and better than ever. Every user's Favorite Artists are now displayed on their Artist Page (though this can be disabled) and you can see who has marked you as a Favorite Artist in the Favorites section of Backstage.
Favorite Blogs
The ability to share your thoughts on your artist page through blogging was one of the exciting new features of iC3 and now members have the ability to subscribe to other users' blogs. New posts in Favorite Blogs appear on your Backstage Index and you can see who is tracking your blog in the Artist Page section of Backstage.
iCompositions' Second BirthdayiCompositions' and GarageBand's Second Birthday is Friday, January 6, 2006 and we've got some great things planned to celebrate including new Members Only offers and a contest. Stay tuned for more details! |
