Here is an extraordinary performance of my composition, "The Servant Girl at Emmaus." Soprano Arietha Lockhart with pianist Nathan Salazar. One track from of my next album. The poem is by Denise Levertov, used by permission of New Directions Publications. It's a long and intense listen. I hope you'll enjoy.

She does have a great voice, especially singing those awkward intervals. I like how the piano line - which is quite monophonic in places creates such a dissonance against the vox. With only two instruments, it's quite striking. It's nice to hear your work played by quality musicians!
