LYRICS
============================
Verse 1:
The Lord is your shade
at your right hand,
The sun shall not strike you
by day,
Nor the moon by night.

Verse II:
The Lord shall preserve you
from evil;
It is he who shall
keep you safe.
The Lord shall watch over
your going out
and your coming in.
My help comes
from the Lord.
The maker of heaven
and earth.

Verse III:
I lift up my eyes
to the hills!

Verse IV: (repeat verse I)

Yes!

Yes yes, beautiful! Horns are amazing, I can't WAIT to hear them replaced with voices. The marimbas/mallets seem a bit off to me, but they're a nice touch. Maybe it's the timing. But the strings. My gosh the strings. Wow, breathtaking.

Keep me posted on the progress of this song, I wanna be one of the first few who hear it in its completed form!

Wishing best of luck, and God bless.

Great work on this! I hope you'll post the version with the vocals here, too. I really liked the brass, piano and strings. you do a really fine job with those software instruments. I'm not sure I like the xylophone part - it doesn't feel quite right. The Psalms are a worthy project to get yourself involved in. Best wishes in this endevour.

Hi Tom. I liked this piece and look forward to the other movements. It felt
like the horns were meant for Cat's lovely voice. smiley

I loved the organ and the violins, and the transition between the two was
superbly done. However, I did not like the xylophone--it was very
distracting.

God bless and success to you on this project.

Incredible! I love this piece. The xylophone feels like a different song. Amazing work with the strings and horns. Definitely looking forward to the completed work.

Very lovely stuff here. I like how the xylophone pierces the sound. I also enjoyed the piano line. Most impressive!
